The contact owns a 2005 Ford Crown Victoria. He received recall notice#07V079000, wheels, however, during inspection the technician stated that since the vehicle was not an active police Ford/cvpi they would not honor the recall notice. The wheels have not been replaced. The manufacturer was notified, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 116,000.
