The contact owns a 2010 Ford Crown Victoria. The contact stated on several occasions while braking from approximately 30 mph, the vehicle vibrated excessively and jump. The dealer advised that the warranty was expired and the vehicle would need diagnostic testing at his expense. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer did not provide any assistance. The failure mileage was 7,000 and the current mileage was 30,000.
