Due to an accident I was told that my car would be totaled and to go buy another car. I went back to the same dealership I purchased that vehicle and found the Crown Vic desirable but wasn't sure. After telling the sales rep that I would not be able to get the car because I did not have the down payment they wanted..they immediately came back and said they could get financing through Chase and that a down payment would not be required. After several months of driving I became increasingly unhappy with the performance of the vehicle and not to mention it was a gas hog...the main problem seemed to be in the steering as the car continually pulled to the right. I am a senior citizen and feel that I was bamboozled by dealership and Chase. I would like this vehicle investigated for defects...Thanks for providing this forum and any assistance/information you can provide.
