Complaint regarding 2000 Ford 3-150 Liberty vmi van. The consumer received a notice from Ford regarding the gross vehicle weight ratings on the F150 van and wagon models. The consumer contacted the mobility manufacturer about this problem but they hold him it was his problem. The consumer request reimbursement for the cost of repairs, mileage, fuel, rental cost and loss of time.

Ongoing problems with vehicle's brakes and suspension. Due to the vehicle being overweighted by with the mobility conversations package system the vehicle experienced abnormal wear of the drivetrain, brake system and suspension components. The vehicle was overweight when the consumer along with his wheelchair and a forth of a tank of gas where in the vehicle.
