First of all. We all paid good dang money for these vehicles. Mine is a 20’F-350, with the 10R140 auto trans. that is starting to have major problems getting the truck out of park ,hard as shifts, then the weakest shift you ever seen. I take the recall, sorry I was informed it was a customer satisfaction letter. That had expired on 3/31/22 and there was probable nothing they could do for, but to call Ford directly. This is f*cking bullshit. Still looking for other way to make them to take care of the problem…..
