She stated that while the vehicle was backing up there were no lights indicating the vehicle was backing up. She stated that the vehicle shot forward and the reverse lights came on. The contact stated the gentlemen in the vehicle had to turn the key in order for the vehicle to stop. She stated that the van crashed into the loading dock. There was $3,000 in damages, there were no injuries. The contact stated she contacted the manufacturer and the representatives were very rude to her and did not believe her story.
