Diesel fuel tank filler neck failure. When filling with fuel filler neck leaks fuel. This was initially diagnosed in 2000. Filler neck replaced. September 2001 tank mounts replaced in recall. This is the second failure of the fuel tank filler neck. Ford refuses to make repairs under warranty.
