The contact owns a 2001 Ford E350. The contact stated that the brake lights illuminated intermittently. The brake lights in the rearview mirror illuminate; however, the rear brake lights do not work at all. The failure has been occurring for a week. The vehicle has not been repaired. The contact stated that a crash could occur due to the lights not illuminating. The VIN was unknown. The current and failure mileages were 80,000.
