The contact owns a 2003 Ford E-350. While driving 30 mph or greater, the vehicle would sway from side to side. The dealer has inspected the vehicle on two occasions and stated that this is a normal occurrence. However, the service advisor at the dealer disagreed with the diagnosis. He felt that there was too much leverage in the steering column. The current mileage is 34,000 and failure mileage was 30,000. The consumer stated the steering is too loose to safely pull a trailer. Problems with auxiliary battery, brakes and steering. Auxiliary battery is low; therefore, vehicle won't start. Rotors, pads and calipers were replaced due to recall but problem still exists. Steering wheel jerks hard to the left. Nar
