Checked driver's side brake pad for noise. Found broken pin/bolt. There had been no previous work done on this.appears to be fatigue. As a result, the caliper assembly was able to swing back away from the rotor.

Was driving normally when the ABS and traction control lights came on and alarm started chiming. When I pulled over to stop the ABS kicked in and my stopping distance greatly increased. I had the van towed to a mechanic where he discovered corrosion in three ABS speed sensors. A tsb (technical service bulletin) confirmed this to be an issue only on this year and model van. Moisture is getting into these sensors and without warning it is causing normal braking failure.
