The contact owns a 2012 Ford E350. The contact stated that the brake pedal and accelerator pedal were too close together. As a result, the contact was constantly depressing both pedals at the same time and almost causing a crash. The manufacturer was not made aware of the defect. The vehicle was not repaired.
