The contact owns a 2020 Ford Ecosport. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle hesitated while accelerating. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor was cleaned and the air filter was replaced; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 21,550.
