The contact owns a 1997 Ford Econoline. The contact received a recall notice for NHTSA campaign id number 08V051000 (vehicle speed control: Cruise control) in December of 2007. She has been unable to get the recall repaired. The dealer and manufacturer stated that the parts will be available in June of 2008. There had been no failure to date. The current mileage was 36,887.
