Edge Sel Plus V6

I do not understand why such a great vehicle has this problem! I have had many cars in my lifetime so far and never had one that melts the light bulbs. This can be very hazzardous when driving especailly when the signal lights or brake lights don't work properly. Please help! Is there a recall fix for this?
