The contact owns a 2007 Ford Edge. The contact stated that the rear seat belts in the vehicle do not retract. The vehicle has been to the dealer twice for the failure. The first time, the mechanic replaced the retractor, but it continued to fail. She took the vehicle back and they stated that it was normal and the seat belt was designed to operate in that manner. The contact is concerned that her children will not be protected properly in the event of a crash. The current and failure mileages were 33,000.
