Paint is peeling off from painted trim edge of SEL+ Chrome Wheels.

Also, Ford is refusing warranty as written. per dealership and factory rep Bill Unyi,,, a 50% co-pay is required. I expect that this is a a bit shady deal between rep and dealer. However... Ford customer assistance will not address issue.
