Both sides of my rear window trim are "melting". If you touch it, you leave a dent just like it was child's clay. The people who wash my car say that have seen this in other Fords, and it's always worse on the sunny side (just like mine). Obviously I'm not the only one with this problem based on other comments on this site. Ford is cheaping out and using sub-standard materials. This should be a recall item and they should get it fixed. This car was too expensive for this kind of junk material. I have recommended this car to so many people, but that stops now. Thank God I don't live in Arizona or Nevada - the window would have fallen out by now!
