Hatch gets heavy when wet, cold or frozen. Won't stay up, or will stay up and then fall quickly. Fell on my head and it was really painful, had a big bruise on my head, hurt my neck and it literally almost knocked me out. Now that it's warm out, I thought it would get better, but all of a sudden it is even heavier, I almost can't even lift it. I am expecting and know I will not be able to lift it much longer without hurting myself.

Again, I am thinking we may have to trade in this car very shortly because of all the issues. This car has very low mileage for it's age, we should not have to be dealing with these problems already. I know Ford won't do anything for us, we have two Fords, and they do not take care of their customers, so I know I won't be buying anymore.
