I bought the car and didn't have it a full 2wks nor drove it more than 450 miles. Since the day we bought it the damn thing didn't really "get up and go" and was rather sluggish, as if it couldn't open up and accelerate fully. The salesman said it had been sitting a while and recommended new plugs and wires. After week 1 he ran a diagnostic on it and claims it came up "Clean". By then I'm already beginning to seriously doubt this guys credibility and the more I start to see myself as: "Just another sale/more $$" for him. And totally regret financing from him without proper knowledge.

On approximately the 9th day of having the vehicle a shopping trip is planned. A 72 mile trip to be exact. Well 3/4 through the trip (en route to the destination) I'm going up a fairly long winded hill. And all of a sudden I feel a JERK!! So I immediately pull to the side of the road and check underneath the car. I get back in after not noticing any visible signs of damage and notice a "Wrench-shaped" icon by the speedometer. I shift into drive to get back on the highway. As I'm trying to pull out the RPMs roar and the vehicle goes nowhere fast. It's CRAWLING onto the highway and eventually picks up speed. We pull in at a WalMart and shop for 45mins. Get back out to the car, start it and the light is off and although it's still in the same "sluggish-state" it has always been in but no longer "Crawling".

A day later I still notice a difference and go back to the dealership, PISSED OFF and feeling betrayed, crossed, duped, and scammed by some no good shysters!!! They tell me "oh it's probably just the tranny fluid" and I get nowhere!!! I have an appt set up at a Ford garage next Tues.

Any input is GREATLY valued and appreciated! Anyone out there with similar problems?? If so what was your fix?? And cost?
