My sunroof started acting up right as I picked up my vehicle after being serviced at my local Ford Store. Upon opening the window a few plastic pieces began to fall down causing the sunroof not completely close. I've attempted Every possible remedy on trying to shut it sealed. Due to this very addressed and known reported issue by consumers, my vehicle was exposed to bad weather that lead to the vehicle drenched in water causing very extreme electrical mayhem! Sparks were flying all around the vehicle resulting in minor car fire! Thank heavens I carry an emergency extinguisher in my cargo area! Happy that I am here to tell this story and you know "ALIVE" thanks again Ford for scaring me away! Never going Ford again.
