One Ford dealer had the guts to say all Ford Edges have this problem, mine a 2010 model. He proceeded to to have us test drive the other new models and they all indeed had the vibration, which Ford may refer to as a "Nibble." The did an article as to how the Mustang and Fusion had a "nibble."
His determination was if they all do it, that is "normal." I diagree with that statement.
On short drives it is tolerable. On long drives, I am vibrating at the end of that portion of the trip, to the point where it takes hours to fall.
The only positive word I have for the Edge is the AWD. I got caught up in blizzard conditions in Flagstaff, AZ, ant the car just went through it all, no slips and now slides.
