The contact owns a 2011 Ford Edge. The contact stated that due to a door lock failure, the battery was drained. The contact also stated that the door locks failed to operate as intended. The vehicle was taken to (krieger Ford, Inc. 1800 morse rd, columbus, oh 43229) for a diagnosis. The contact was informed that the passenger's side lock actuators needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired twice however the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of this issue but did not offer any assistance. The approximate failure mileage was 71,000
