I bought a brand new 2012 Ford Edge on 11/25/11 and on that same day, the sun screen shade stopped functioning correctly. Drew Ford, who sold me the vehicle, advised I should "just bring it back next week and it will get fixed". But in reality, this vehicle is brand new and this should never have happened. Bill, the manager on duty at Drew Ford stated the car is "in drivable condition" ignoring the fact that his dealer's brand new car is not in perfect condition. The car is in the shop as of 11/26/11 awaiting the upholstery departments advisement.
