accessories shut down - car won't shut off

Hello everyone. I'm having an issue with my factory sync stereo head unit. Not sure if anyone else has this issue. If so, please help me out.

The stereo can be on and using it as normal on any source. Once I make a turn, go around a bend in the road or go over a miniscule bump, the entire head unit will change to the CD source for a few seconds then revert to the radio source. It doesn't matter what source I was initially using ., radio, cd, bt, Sirius, aux. It will automatically go to the cd source. One time, all of the lights, the dash and the radio completely shut off on me and returned after a few seconds. I haven't made any modifications to the vehicle or tampered with the electrical.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem can be?

Driving on Interstate, received quick warning that Blind Spot functionality was not operable. Then ALL lights, accessories including radio, climate, turn signals went out. Windows wouldn't open. Then Heat/Defrost came on. When found safe spot to pull over, car wouldn't shut down. Luckily could get out of the car. Had to remove electrical fuse for fuel shut off to get the car to shut down, yet Heat/Defrost stayed on.

Towed to dealer - could only shut off Heat/Defrost when battery was disconnected. Advised never seen this problem, no associated recall. Next day when battery reconnected everything works fine! No fix because couldn't recreate the problem.

Earlier that day, I had received a No Key Found warning, when the key was in my pocket as I sat in the drivers seat. I dismissed when everything worked fine after shutting down the engine.

I find this very scary. Anyone else with this issue?
