The contact stated that her son looked under the driver's side rear near the rear tire and saw a small puddle of fuel. The contact stated that the vehicle had not driven over any objects on the way to the residence from the gas station. The contact stated that there were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or an independent mechanic. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 106,000.
