The contact noticed the brake reservoir was empty. The contact received notification of NHTSA campaign number: 20V469000 (service brakes, service brakes, hydraulic) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The vehicle was towed to angela krause Ford (1575 mansell rd, alpharetta, ga 30009, (770) 649-5100 where it was confirmed that the brake line had ruptured. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The failure mileage was 46,000. VIN tool confirms parts not available.
