Very hard to increase gas mileage past 22.3 MPGs despite following driving recommendations. Each time I turn off the car and turn it back on several hours later or next day, I lose miles in "distance to empty" without driving or car turned on. I do find the fuel economy gauge to be flawed as there are more times I am around 30 mpg or when coasting that it goes to 40 mpg longer than I am in the 0-20 mpg range/bars but trip gauge over time keeps it around 22.3 or 22.4 mpgs. Like the vehicle is set to get average gas mileage no more than 23 mpgs.
I also find that when remote starting car, it affects average mpg negatively, despite my purpose to warm up car.
I feel that this vehicle chugs fuel despite advertised and boasted modern technology and improvements in engine and efficiencies over previous generations.
