It was out on the highway 10 o'clock at night. 8 degrees. I thought my daughter and I would freeze before we could find a wrecker. Then someone had to come over 2 hours away and pick us up on the side of the highway with all our groceries and shopping.

Ford needs to fix this - I still owe 12,000 on my car and now the car is only worth 5,000!!! That is ridiculous - I never thought buying a new car from them would have been the worst decision in my life!
