Some 2019-2020 Edge/Nautilus vehicles built on or before 03-Dec-2020 may exhibit a power liftgate unable to unlatch from both switches after a second unlatch attempt with or without diagnostic trouble code (DTC) U3000:49 stored in the rear gate trunk module (RGTM). If the RGTM is at the latest software level and the condition is still present, refer to the Workshop Manual (WSM) Section 501-03 to perform normal diagnosis.
