The contact owns a 2021 Ford Edge. The contact stated while driving 50-55 MPH, the front passenger-??s side mirror detached from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the contact was informed that the passenger-??s side mirror assembly needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer was contacted, and a case was filed but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was 40,000.
