The issue with the brightness of the image from the backup camera was there when I took delivery of the vehicle a month ago.
When I go into reverse gear the image that pops up on the screen is not bright enough at night.
I took into the dealership twice. Once they turned up the brightness of the screen, but that didn't do anything.
The next time they contacted Ford but didn't get anywhere as they described it as normal.
I'm not waiting on this as if they don't come up with a way to correct it I will rely on the Lemon Law procedure that's laid out in our state.
