While driving vehicle, noticed that steering wheel was getting harder and harder to turn. After parking vehicle, noticed that steering fluid was leaking onto the ground. This is the 5th repair incident involving this vehicle with the power steering fluid leak. Ford dealer and Ford rep. Claim the problem is fixed each time, but continues to occur every 6-9 months.
