1. no know event lead to failure 2. safety concern of operating a vehicle with incorrect speed indication 3. 2005 Ford Escape (limited) 67,000 miles speedometer does not return to zero, and increments speed to beyond upper limit of 120 mph. 4. dealer states it is an instrument cluster failure.
