Escape Limited 3.2L V6

I was on a freeway with my family when our steering went out. Completely. I couldn't turn left or right. We barely avoided accidents and possible death.The Ford dealership said they'd work with me once the work was completed and they didn't. I told my story to Ford and the decision made by Ford motor company was there was nothing they can do.
