Escape 6-cyl

I bought the Ford Escape in 2009. The model had a recall on the model from 2001 to 2005 regarding to the back door lock defect. Ford issued recall on March 31, 2005. However, the same problem happens to the later Escape model and no recall is made. The problem still exists. The old NHTSA complaint id is 04V602000. I request that NHTSA look into it.
