Ford is not people orientated, all about what's in it for them. They screw you over when it comes to getting minor and major things fixed. Before you have to pay out of pocket they should find out exactly what is wrong when they see the problem rather than having you to come back, pay to have it looked at again at a later date and time and by then the problem could have gotten worse and will cost the customer a arm and a leg when it might cost a fraction of the arm and the leg.
I only had my car for 3 years and before the second year I had new front brakes put on, Ford paid for it, then supposedly a water pump went bad and the engine light came on, started shaking, revving up but you could only go 20 miles per hour. Ever since then, after they supposedly fixed the problem with $225 out of my pocket which should have been on Ford, the engine light will come on and off. Now the Fuel intake locks after every fill up.
