The sound distortion is so bad that we've turned off the driver's side speakers and try to avoid using sync, the speaker for it stinks.

Again very disappointed with Ford's quality of work. Speaker sounds like it is broken. I will take it to the Ford place

and see if they can repair it since it is still under warranty ; however it is not a good sign when you have to start having a new car that has very few miles on it repaired. Shoddy factory work. I have a 99 Mustang that still has a great radio system. Just amazing.
