This is the first time I have purchased a Ford and sadly will probably be my last. I had the wiper blades get launched from the car shortly after buying it. I replaced them, but now have found a bigger problem from the fact that my wiper blades quit working all together. I took it to a local mechanic and they said they would either have to replace both wiper blade motors, which would cost around $500 dollars and they said that may not even fix the problem if it's an electrical short or sensor glitch. They told me to take the complaint to Ford and they may fix it for free. So I called up a Ford dealership and they said they won't repair any wiper blade malfunctions even though the car is only 5 years old and with 81,000 miles. I am extremely dissatisfied with Ford for allowing this glitch in my 2013 Ford Escape.
