Ford customer service is non-existent. Ford simply only cares about selling cars and not looking after there mistakes when it causes them to lose money. Hence the Better Business Rating on Ford of Canada at C-. Do not buy Ford. Last one ever. If I could afford to get rid of car I would. Ford really sucks. Had car in maybe 20 times for warranty related issues, recalls, recalls on recalls. FORD SUCKS BIG.
