Is very disappointing to find out that your "brand new car!" has this issues at 24,000 miles. Makes you wonder if you made the right decision when you bought this lemon car... Next time I'll get a Toyota. We have one mini van to drive my son since he is disabled, and that car is 84,000 miles and never failed, not even once!.... Very, Very disappointed!

The 2013 Ford Escape runs rough and shifts at random. When stopped with brake applied, the transmission lurches and shifts, then with brake applied, the engine shakes and shutters and stalls. This vehicle appears to be a lemon.
