Took car in once before this complaining about the right rear wheel was noisy. Was told it was tire noise on the road. Told them they were nuts. Took car in again and pitched a fit until the dealership owner came out to see what was going on. Ended up going on test drive with service manager and salesman who sold me this heap. Barely got going down the road when service mgr says that's a bad wheel bearing. REALLY! They replaced the right rear wheel hub/bearing assembly. Can't wait until I can trade this thing off. I am sure glad I bought an after market warranty on this thing. The warranty cost me $2200.00 but has paid out over $3200.00 in claims. This Escape is a big piece of junk.
