Now I'm thinking it's a real piece of sh*t!!!!!!!!! Driving along and all of a sudden a loud banging sound, then went away...and then started again. Pulled over to see if something caught under vehicle...found a piece hanging with fluid leaking...not sure what it is. Had vehicle in to dealership yesterday to check AC as it stopped working for the 2nd time....now not sure what has happened. This happened in the evening tonight and dealership not open until 8:00am...WTF!!!!!!! Extremely unhappy...want to get rid of the vehicle already!!!!!!

Each time I get an oil change, depending on if I use Sears Auto or Valvoline, I have trouble with the under car plastic body pan covers. These large sheets of plastic are held to the body with plastic rivets that are hard to install.
At Sears & Roebuck they tear the pan off to get to the oil filter and the oil plug, then they do a crappy job of re-installing them on the car. Later while you drive down the interstate the plastic sheets start to flap, or they tear off. I found if I go to Valvoline Instant Oil change they will fix the damage done by Sears.
Ford Motor should change the design to use a fastener that is re-usable such as a new fangled thing called A FREAKING BOLT!!! Henry Ford used them to hold the Model T together, they still work the same way today! Go Figure.
Nothing like having a 4 X 4 foot sheet of plastic rip off the car and go sailing down the Interstate at 70 MPH into some other person's windshield.
