I had my vehicle towed to the nearest Ford dealership in Crestview Florida. They kept the car for a week then told me to take it to the Gary Smith Ford in Ft Walton Beach Fl because they didn't have any mechanics to work on cars. Had it towed to Gary Smith FORD where it has sat in their pkg lot for the month because they say they don't have mechanics either who can work on transmissions or cars yet. The safety issue is that it literally shuts off and doesn't accelerate creating a dangerous situation while driving. I was almost hit from behind with no way to drive out of the situation.
