My mom got this car around 83000 miles and was okay but by the time it reached 94000 miles it started to misfire. We changed the spark plugs and the ignition coils so many times but did absolutely NOTHING. Now at 96000 miles we now have to deal with engine problems, evap leaks, and cylinder misfires. We got the vehicle from Drivetime and never will see this place ever again. ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THAT I NEVER WANT TO SEE THIS VEHICLE EVER AGAIN. For all my people out there if you are looking for an SUV look elsewhere like a Toyota RAV4 or a Honda CR-V if you value your money!!!

My wife was on her way to work when her check engine light came on. I was able to do a code scan and found a #3 cylinder misfire. Took the car to a Ford dealer. After a week of troubleshooting and getting an inspector from Ford, they determined the engine has a cracked block. Thank God we bought the extended warranty. The engine repair would have cost close to $8000. I understand they used an updated engine for the repair.
