Car was purchased new when youngest was in college, so the back seat does not get used often. A major annoyance now that we have grandchildren. We now can only safely seat 2 in back and that is using the middle seat receiver for the right outboard seat, which often requires a seat belt extender. I have tried to put a rope around the receiver and pull it up when the seat is in the folded down position but I cannot budge it. I suspect there is a spring that has sprung and I will have to go to a dealer for help. We hardly use the car to move cargo, so how did this happen?

I'm also annoyed that after one move in trip to college, the defroster in the rear window only works on 2 lines. We took to the dealer and they say it is not a warrantee issue because we probably packed too much stuff against the window and damaged it. Previous college move in trips in a Chevy never had this problem!
