Escape SE 1.6L, 4 cyl

  • 34,000 miles

AC not blowing cold air. Finally took to repair shop. They ran tests, added freon. Told me they could not find issue but would be able to WHEN I BROUGHT IT BACK IN (why would I bring it back in, isn't fixed?). Anyway, got me thru summer, all though blew less cold as summer wore on. AC did not work at all by 6/15/23 (next summer). The rest of story in a new complaint.

1/15/2015 purchased 2015 Ford Escape, next morning started car to warm fan setting 1 - 4 used #2 (same as old vehicle) 20 minutes later still had traces of ice and snow??? had to scrape! warming/deicing requires 18 minutes on maximum heat and #4 fan setting.
