After replacing battery 2/19, and a complete stall in traffic at a stoplight on 2/24, I took the vehicle back to battery installer. They checked and charged battery but found a dead/not working Alternator?

Is there a campaign on this for a 2015 Ford Escape: I have seen some references for NHTSA Campaign# 15V406000?
