Escape Titanium 2.0L

  • 12,000 miles

Car not yet 90 days old..threw a rod while driving on freeway. Smoke everywhere. No control of steering or brakes..very scary and dangerous. I am 78 years have high blood pressure. I have 7 yr contract and 7 yr warranty...dealer says 2 weeks to fix....I don't want it fixed, it's a new car. Have not made third payment yet ......dealer says they will MAYBE make my next payment, MAYBE???

Its a $40,000 car, anyway that's what they charged me.......(I see them now for much less)

I want a new car, they say NO way..absolutely NO WAY......I drive for a living and my riders don't need to smell burnt oil ...I have allergy and they may also..that smell does not go away..How far do I have to go to get the car replaced??
