So I bought the car in 2018 (still making payments) - I absolutely loved it. I do regular scheduled maintenance on it, then all of a sudden expensive unheard-of repairs are needed. So when I go to start my escape, I hear this awful squealing/grinding sound coming from the engine compartment. Thinking it was just the blower fan, the noise didn't go away so I took it to my mechanic.

He put on the machine thing to see what the car was saying and it said my turbo was out. I can't afford to fix it as it's 1200 dollars worth of work. I barely made it home and now my 18000 dollar car is just sitting there and I still have roughly 13000 left to pay on it. The sucky thing about this is that I just put 700 dollars into it last summer on a different matter which I will post after this one. I only have 1 vehicle and don't even know if my warranty is still good or if it covers the fix. Turbo runs everything in these damn cars - that ain't right. I'm pissed!
