Escape Titanium

  • Automatic transmission
  • 5,000 miles

Local Ford Service looked over problem and said it was alright and operated as it should. When We purchased the Car new the sunroof opened about 2" and after a recall update would only open just over a 1/4" Service dept. had car for over 4 days and did not fix the problem. Wonder if any other owners have this problem.
